Brievly – AI Letter Assistant
Scan a letter, know what to do
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
You know that feeling when an official-looking envelope shows up and you put off opening it? Brievly ends it. Take a photo of any letter and in seconds you know what it says, what you need to do, and by when.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Snap a photo of the letter.
2. Brievly reads it and explains it in plain words, in your language.
3. Deadlines go to your calendar with one tap, and a ready-to-send reply is waiting.
WHAT YOU GET
• Plain summaries: no jargon, just what the letter means for you.
• Any language: letters are translated and explained, whatever language they arrived in.
• Deadline protection: due dates are detected and added to your calendar with one tap.
• Ask anything: chat with Brievly about a letter until everything is clear.
• Replies, written for you: a formal response ready to download, sign and send.
• A tidy archive: every letter sorted, categorised and easy to find later.
DREADING GERMAN BUREAUCRACY?
Brievly was born decoding Amtsdeutsch. Mahnung, Bescheid, Rundfunkbeitrag, letters from the Finanzamt, health insurance, your landlord or the bank: Brievly turns them into clear next steps, in your language, so you know what the Behörde actually wants from you. And it works just as well on every other mailbox in the world.
YOUR LETTERS NEVER LEAVE EUROPE
Your mail is yours. Letters are stored and analyzed exclusively in the EU: they live on EU servers, are read by a European AI (Mistral, France), and are never used to train AI models.
FREE TO TRY, PREMIUM WHEN YOU NEED MORE
Scanning and understanding your mail is free. Premium unlocks unlimited letters, calendar reminders, follow-up questions and drafted replies.
Stop fearing your mailbox. Let Brievly handle the paperwork.
