You can’t unblock people.
This app is secure. Totally get it. Just one tip. Don’t block someone unless you want them blocked forever. My sister had my mom’s phone once, and she got onto BrightChat on her phone and blocked me. The Block User option is still there, but there’s no option to unblock a blocked user. So I’m permanently blocked from sending my Mom stuff. She can send me stuff, but nothing I send will go through. Also, the Delete User option doesn’t work either. I tried deleting my mom from my contacts to see if that would make my stuff go through, but all it does it delete the conversation and leaves the user in your contacts. So I don’t know. ShenXun, if you’re reading this review, please do something to help out.
Words won’t send.
Ok after a few weeks my previous posts was finally fixed but I realize any word with 2 P’s such as puppy, supposed, supper, puppet, etc. won’t let you hit the send button. Must be something with the programming. I have had others tests this and it is all the same for everyone.
