Fast internet
I had 40 mbps and it would cut out periodically. I upgraded to the 1 gig and have had no issues. I even get service out in my new steel sided garage.
Doesn’t work at all
This app won’t even let me log in so I can’t use it. It claims it doesn’t recognize my account. I installed this app after clicking on a troubleshooting link while signed into my Brightspeed account on their website. Incredibly frustrating.
The worst update
Downloaded the update now the only way I can sign into it is by deleting the app and reinstalling it. The worst.
