ACCESS
Existing Mobile Banking or Online Banking customers simply need to download the app and sign-in with your existing username and password. Existing customers without a username or password can enroll in Mobile Banking directly from the app. New customers are invited to open a BrioDirect account by visiting BrioDirectBanking.com.

Elegant and Capable

What an amazing app! The system links and aggregates all of my financial data through a simple integration - The display is very intuitive and the features are automated and easy to use. The app covers all of my favorite core and auxiliary functionalities. I’ve synced up all of my accounts and will now be using this app as my master account! Customer support was very helpful as well… Excited for the next app update.

App Malfunctions a Lot, Doesn’t Show Interest Rate, No Customer Service Available

Have had repeated problems with the app which, strangely doesn’t display your current APY/APR anywhere (you either have to call in to get it or get on a laptop/desktop to find it). Seems like that is so you don’t get any higher rates they offer (Brio makes you close an account and open a new one to get the higher rate. One problem, there is a waiting period betw closing the old account and the new account being active so you lose up to 2 weeks interest when you do this). Horrid customer support via phone. I’ve had to wait over 45 min for a rep for something only a phone rep could help me with. Seeing that others eventually have issues accessing their money suggest this is a bank to avoid.

Under Account Details, could you please add interest rate for accounts that are interest bearing (eg., savings account)?
