British Swim School takes pride in ensuring the 'survival of the littlest' by first teaching water safety, and then correct proper swim techniques. Our philosophy has always been to bring a fun, gentle approach to help our students love the water. Our swim instructors have thorough training in our very special program. We ensure children progress at a pace that's best for them. Our warm water indoor pools provide the right environment to develop a lifelong love of the water. We offer classes for learners three months old up to adults!
The British Swim School app provides an easy way for new and current customers to connect with our school while you're on the move. It offers full details on classes and enables you to sign up for special events. The app also makes it easier to contact our helpful office staff with any questions.

Doesn’t open
It’s been couple weeks that it’s not opening
The poor functionality of the BSS app and doesn’t opening since a month!
I complained to BSS, that their app is not opening or working promptly since a month and no step has taken yet to resolve this issue and make it user friendly for the customers! Its very frustrating to fix the makeups through emails as it is not easy to get through the availability like in app we get to do so.
Also There should be an equal priority to be given in taking swim lessons fees timely and charging other additional charges or extra fines, like if customers cancel their lesson due to their some personal reasons and they charge for its makeup and whereas if the BSS has to cancel the lesson due to their own pool issue or instructor availability then they give makeup without any extra charges or fines, this is very unfair and unethical from the point of the customers and they should give equal importance in considering the customers issues or concerns!Very Dissatisfied with the one-sided agreement rules and consents!
After start registration can’t change: Not user friendly
If you’re not ready to commit Do not put a payment method on your account until you’re ready to start classes. Google the classes cost so that you won’t put in all your information for nothing.
Their system will auto charge you. You will not be allowed to go in to cancel or change anything once you begin. If your payment is placed in there, whether you not attend or don’t finish registration they will charge your payment on file. It states that acknowledging the policies are required before enrollment, but that will not stop their system from charging you if payment info has already been included. I was trying to go in and cancel but it is forcing you to acknowledge the policies before you can do change anything else.
Although this happened, I reached out to them immediately when I saw the email of payment being processed. The next day I was refunded but it still will not allow me to remove my information from the app without accepting the policies. It’s difficult to find the online version of this site.
With a little more attention this app could be worth something
