With the Brobizz app you can as a private customer fast and easily check if your bizz or number plate payment is active and get an overview of your trips and usage - regardless of whether you have crossed the Storebælt Bridge, the Øresund Bridge or sailed with a ferry.
In the Brobizz app you can:
- Order a bizz or number plate payment, e.g. by scanning your number plate.
- The number plate payment can be used to cross the Storebælt Bridge within just 20 minutes from ordering
- Find an overview of all your trips and usage as well as see potential outstandings
- Update your payment card to make sure your bizz and number plate payment are active and ready to use
- Sign up for our newsletter, update your contact details and more
- Cancel a bizz or number plate payment as well as terminate your agreement

Welcome to our new app where you can log in and order a bizz and number plate payment, e.g. by scanning your number plate with the help of your camera, and also get an overview of your trips and usage.

Working well
Brilliant to be able to scan the plates. Only be hickup is that you need to be validated by the supplier before self service in the app works proper, and also that it’s impossible to contact customer service.
I updated info for a rental car and was unable to edit until 3 days after we returned the car. Once account was validated, all was working well.
Suggest you add a chat function and a customer service center.

Thanks for your review. It is possible to set your bizz og numberplate on hold in the app. You can also delete a numberplate payment in there. If you have any troubles with it, you can contact our customer service at brobizz.com/en/contact

Works fine but lost receipts
New upgrade is streamlined but there is a much shorter time it appears to hold receipts. This makes it really useless for people who must do expenses. Had 2 crossings on 1/6 and now on 16/6 there is no receipt for the first crossing. Shows up in the archive but I can’t even get a monthly specification as they don’t itemize individual crossings and I won’t get one until next month. Rather huge issue if the new app takes away the receipt function that made the app so useful. Receipts must stay active for more than a month and specifications in archive should be itemized for individual transactions.
Disappointed.
still doesn’t work
I have entered my plate and card info over 5 times and it still doesn’t work!
