Terrible App
Both online and in the app, BB is subpar to Showtime. The apps drags and lags, doesn’t seem the developers have even tried to use them themselves to see how terribly it operates. When using the showing cart online it books 2 days in advance, NOT the day you choose, so you’re forced to setup every showing separately. Outrageous! Unfortunately my MLS is forcing us to use this system vs a superior system that’s out there already. There needs to be serious further development to make this work for agents.

Buggy and Takes Forever to Load
Don't try and use it while you are showing unless you arrive early or have patient clients - this app is so buggy, it freezes, takes multiple minutes to load-if ever. Supra and BrokerBay need to go back to the drawing board on this app. It plain stinks. User experiece is some of the worst I have had on an app - this feels like something my college buddies created in 2006, except here we are 18 years later. Please fix this app!
Absolutely inexcusably terrible
It is Nov 2nd, 2024 and this app has been around for +2 yrs, and still the developers have not resolved issues of it still timing out, crashing, taking 3 minutes to load mad etc. Just read all the other previous negative reviews. Yea, it’s that bad and our MLS in North Texas has not done anything about addressing the glaring hole that is BrokeN Bay.
