I think Brookline Bank forgot they have an app TBH
If your serious about keeping your existing customers and not losing them to far more capable banks, the least you could do is make it so you can see more than the last 30 transactions?!? (biggest joke ever), have an app that actually logs out, get the Touch ID to work and who knows, maybe just maybe, get the phone check deposit to work. If your reading this and do see an update dated after this review, then this app is still worthless outside of checking your balance. If technology from the early 2000s is your jam, this app and bank will knock your socks off!
You can’t see your previous transactions, only up to like 2 weeks or something. It takes way too long for it to update your transactions. You’re basically only using this app to see your balance and do a mobile deposit. Sometimes the app doesn’t even load, which means it won’t work for the day. It’s super annoying.
I can’t even get to my login
Some stupid message keeps popping up saying there’s no connection or that somethings wrong with my server. My connection is just fine because I’m using other aloud that are working properly. Now I’m not understanding why I can’t access my login information at least. Fix it or it’ll look like you’ll another loyal customer.💯💯💯
