Stay Signed In Option

The new update for BCT mobile app is fine. However there needs to be a stay signed in option. Having to wait and type in user and password to log in while trying to pay for the bus fare when the bus shows up frustrates the bus operator as well as the people behind me who are trying to board the bus as well. That option needs to be available so that people aren’t required to sign in every single time they need to access their bus pass. It’s inconvenient and not really user oriented for practical daily use. Other than that it’s a well rounded app and easy to use. Please fix the issue with the sign in process.

It was a good app which was working well for me and now when I try to route my next destination, it keeps giving me an alert stating they it cannot route for my destination. Why is this happening? I just moved to Broward county and the app has helped me to travel via the city bus. What do I do now? Please fix this ASAP. I deleted the app, refreshed to and it is STILL not working!

No real time route activity.

I’ve been using this app for the past three years, and during this time it has always been flaky with things not working as they should. The latest issue is the lack of ability to see the real time schedules of the buses. This issue has been going on for the past THREE WEEKS with no update or fix. Basically, if you want real time, it’s best to go back and use the paper route pamphlet as that might be accurate and I say “might be” because nothing in Broward County works correctly.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Fare collection for BCT had been suspended since March 24th, 2020 and resumed on June 1st, 2021.
