Downloaded the app cuz that’s what you need to replace the board now. I can’t even get to the log in page cuz it’s keeps telling me to update the app. I click on the update but there is no update. Everything up to date. It takes me back to the app but the app says I need to upgrade app. It’s a cycle I can’t get pass. It won’t let me do anything. Can we please do it the way it WORKED before for years with these boards? This app is pointless. It prevents me from doing my job. How bout get an app that works and don’t force us to use ur technology that does NOT work!

As an installer for Bryant systems I am extremely dissatisfied with this app to board setup. After a long day installing a nice system trying to link my phone to the board takes anywhere from 1-15 minutes every single time. Not sure if it’s just me but not something I want to toy around with after a long day. No issues with product I’m installing just the board communication to my phone is awful. Get rid of NFC pleaseeee

I really enjoy this app but it still needs more information. My biggest pet peeve is the name plate sticker on the outside equipment. A lot of them get weathered and you’re unable to get the info you need. This app could have a section showing the name plate for all the systems under the model number. Please consider adding this feature to this app.

Once I was told to close other apps before trying to connect to boards I haven’t had an issue since.

On two different IPhones the app stalls at the update required notice even though the updates were supposedly installed. It’s just an endless loop. “Update now” goes to the App Store “open” takes me back to the app which still says “update now”. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn’t help.

Thanks for adding the NFC updates to your app. Appreciate it if Warranty information is available right away!
