Bubbles & Friends 4+

I’m grandma of an adorable 3-year-old who’s been going to TLE since he was 18 months. The app is great! Seeing what he and class are doing all day long is so reassuring and heartwarming. I wish they had had something like this when my kids were little!
Besides that, it’s convenient to know what he’s eaten and whether he’s napped and all the things that you would normally know if you were spending the day with a child. At least once a week, there’s an adorable picture on the app that I just can’t wait to put on my phone and use as my wallpaper. Of course if the teachers at the learning experience weren’t so conscientious about taking the pictures and letting the app know what they’re doing, It wouldn’t work, so kudos to them!

Rating the facility and staff 10/10. They actually take the time to learn each individual student and genuinely help the children grow and develop! I have two children that attend 4mo and 4years old - staff is consistent in each age group! Hands on and certainly not lazy. Some daycares hire lazy and or non educational staff that are not hands on with the children - (more like baby sitting vs educational). TLE school grounds are very well kept as well, which also says a lot for classroom cleanliness!

This app is so frustrating. Every time there’s an update, something breaks. Usually push notifications stop working, sometimes it logs me out and I can’t log in (my current issue), and other times it just doesn’t load content. The other thing that annoys me is how often I’m asked to buy something - I’m paying a TON in daycare costs and you want more money from me? Give me a break. I’m mind blown that this app has such a high rating, and as someone who had worked on apps for over a decade it tells me these may very well be planted reviews from TLE and/or the devs they work with to create the app. STOP money grubbing - let me see pictures of my kid, what’s she’s up to, and let me get into the daycare building. To be clear, we love the daycare for our daughter! My issues are 100% to do with this terrible app and the awful UX we have to deal with because of it.
