Bubbly Laundry 4+

My mom just purchased one of the subscriptions in this app, and my only question is, where has this app been all my life. They picked up our laundry, they dropped it off, and even the socks were put together. We’ve gotten are laundry done by local laundromats and they never fold the delicates or socks so when I opened the bag, it felt like Christmas. I literally didn’t have to do anything but take the clothes out of the bag and put them away. The only thing I wish they did was pick the laundry bags up from my door because, although I live in an apartment building and I could see why they wouldn’t want to go to the door, they promote their business as door to door service but I don’t feel the need to take a star off for that. Excellent service!!!

I have been using this service for about a year now give it take, i have 3 kids so going to the laundromat is not always easy so I figured this would simplify things…boy was I wrong! The laundry service is ok, they clean the clothes as they should the issue is most definitely with the pickup/drop-off part of this service….I am writing this as I wait for them to pick up my laundry that was scheduled to be picked up between 8pm and 9pm…it’s is past 9pm and I just got a text saying ETA 40 min…this is also not the first time I’ve had issues with pickup/drop-off….sometimes they are very punctual, even early and others it’s a guessing game…I am looking for a new service because I can’t…I gave them a chance and it’s just not worth it for the amount of money I pay(not to mention that their prices have gone up and service down) to not have a reliable service.

UPDATE: it is now Sunday 9/5 I had my laundry scheduled to be delivered yesterday between 8pm and 9pm….I have not heard ANYTHING FROM ANYONE about the status of my laundry delivery…STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND THEIR SERVICE THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ONLY HAVE A TRXT ONLY NUMBER THAT NOONE ANSWERS AND AN EMAIL THAT NOONE MONITORS…IT IS UNACCEPTABLE LAST TOME IM USINF THIS SERVICE i just hope I can get my laundry back soon

Outstanding service! Bubbly goes out of their way to make things look great! Best money I’ve spent on such an essential convenience. This was my second time doing their drop-off service. They came to my door picked up and dropped off the laundry on time. Everything was folded to perfection. I did not know what to expect and I’m truly blown away. Great job, look forward to using this service again! Giving Bubbly a 10 out of 10!
