Bud Farm: Munchie Match 17+

What happened

I have been playing this game for a while now at least a couple of months I just downloaded the update for the app and now I’m having trouble playing the game at first I would tap on play said I had five lives and it wasn’t coming up. I shut my phone off, turned it back on now. It lets me play a level but if I run out of moves it doesn’t end it just sits there and I can’t tap on anything else, I have to totally shut the app off and restart it and it’s been doing that all day !!

B.S. and I’ve emailed more than once.

I’ve emailed more than once on their “support” site. I tried to send a review a while ago and nothing. So here I go again. I was almost at level 550 … I clicked that button that says save progress and it took me back to under 200. I lost 2 sections. One for coin collection and one for the cash. I lost things I won during events like the chick tripping, the old guy was a newer one, the vw bug. Now I have none of it and I’ve spent my hard earned money on coins numerous times to keep playing. I’m getting angry about being ignored when I email support. Give me my levels back and prizes I’ve earned. This is ridiculous. There has to be a way for your system to know where I really was and what I won. I’m getting everyone I got to start playing it to stop before they get the same treatment. I see reading comments I’m not the only one that has spent money and got this kind of crap in return. Which is nothing and ignored. I’d rate this game a 5 star if it didn’t do that. I never play these things and I couldn’t stop until 4 or 5 days ago and now I’m just getting more upset by it. My relaxing time has turned into more frustration because they don’t pay attention to the emails they receive.

Love this game. But I’m upset.

This game is 5 stars in my opinion. But if I could I’d give it zero. There have been a number of times now where I’ve been in the middle of the game, playing. I got 2 moves in and it loaded back to the home screen and took a life away, when I didn’t even get to play for the full moves! AND when I cleared the last area to move onto the next, I got a chest, but when I went to move onto the next area which is the garage that I’m currently on, I didn’t get the chest due to it re-loading the game all over again! I’m highly upset because I’m quite far in the game. This is the only match three game that I play and it’s very upsetting, for reasons like this I really am tempted to uninstall and find something better. It saddens me because there is no way to dispute these things in the app, and I doubt the creators keep track of it to see that I’m not lying, I also really doubt they will respond to this either. I’m very upset! I’ve turned a couple of my friends onto this game and I will not be recommending it anymore. I will continue to attempt playing, but if this happens again, as somebody who has invested at least $30 into this game, I will be uninstalling it. Not okay creators!!
