Made me feel like a better person
Reading these amazing dhammpada verses made me feel comfortable, I have experienced pain and pressure in a very young age , and this app showed me the better me. Showing me how Buddha managed to deal with this kind of thing and it shows if Buddha can do so I can show love too and end suffering and pain , meditation and mediating my mind has brought the good in me , showed me who I truly am and allow me to show the little pieces I have left and show them , this app is a blessing to have especially learning Buddhism, thank you for this app 🙏🏼.
Changed my life!
The guided meditation has truly changed my life forever . I use it twice daily. Before work and after work. I no longer have anger issues when something goes wrong at work. I don’t cuss or flip out on anyone even when presented with 1 million problems . I calmly breathe and either walk away from the situation or just focus on total emotional control. My job is very very stressful and labor oriented, and this app has made it where I truly appreciate every aspect of it, even the suffering .
Fun app, like the features
I like this app to learn from some of the texts as well as- maybe my favorite part- the breathing exercises. I have had a hard time with breathing exercises from other apps but I found this one to be inviting and easier to practice over time. My favorite app to go to for a sense of calm. Also the quotes are a nice little bonus
