very Nice and information
I found this very informative and helpful. I've had a lot of questions in regards to living in the moment. I struggle with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I'm also a Christian. This app provides very informative information on living in the moment that I don't find conflicting with my faith. I need to let go of the past and not worry about the future.
