Description

This antimicrobial app has been developed for use by South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. It is designed to guide antibiotic prescribing and must be used in conjunction with local guidelines /formularies. Individual patient circumstances (e.g. allergies, renal failure, hepatic function, drug interactions) must also be taken into account. If in any doubt, please discuss with a senior member of your team.

Further advice is also available: during working hours contact Consultant Microbiologist on Ext 54990, Antimicrobial Pharmacist on bleep #6286 or Ext 55306. Out-of-hours the 'on call' Consultant Microbiologist can be contacted via switchboard.
