Build & Burn is the first ever APP to combine a PDF workout plan using photo demonstrations with on-demand, follow along workout videos to keep you motivated and energized. Combining the ideal workout split of 2 high intensity workouts & 2 strength workouts per week, Build & Burn gives YOU a perfect routine to help you reach your fitness goals in just 30 minutes per day.
The workouts are designed with minimal equipment so they can be done at home, but each workout offers gym alternatives so if you have access to more equipment, you can use it!
The video on-demand library has a ton of follow along workouts you can access at any time. 1-2 new follow along workout videos are added every single week and include workouts in the following categories: no equipment, full workouts, yoga/mobility, quick HIIT, and pelvic floor & core.

Well planned and accessible!
There are so many different programs out there nowadays and I’ve tried a few that were good, but what stood out as great to me with Build&Burn is #1 it’s an app, #2 is that the app is super easy to navigate, #3 the workouts are either all there for you to try different ones, or that Ashley and Amanda have a full program that changes weekly which is great for me too because I’m definitely a beginner, #4 that not only do they have weekly programs, but it’s part of a full planned out schedule for months so it’s not weird sporadic workouts that get you nowhere. I could go on with why I think it’s worth it, but I think anyone who tries this program would get why it’s great and not just good. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to either get into fitness or already fit and just needing a program!
Strong without the stress!
I love the build and burn app! It’s easy to use and has both live videos to follow or PDFs that can be taken to the gym. I like that the workouts are 30 min long to avoid over stressing the body. As a previous college athlete and sports physical therapist, it’s important for me to find a blend of strength and cardio that keeps me moving without spiking my cortisol and allowing me to get out of the gym quickly to enjoy life outside. For a while I went back and forth between the app and my own training but love how easy it is to be consistent with minimal equipment.

Joined BB January of 2023, looking to save time and money and that’s exactly what has happened. I invested in some Target weights, bands, slider and created a corner of my office to just Burn. I absolutely love how much time I save driving to and from the gym. I didn’t realize how much time that took. Workouts aren’t long and painful, but sure get the job done. I especially love when I’m not feeling an intense workout, I have two other strength workouts to choice from OR a whole library.
Fast forward to today, I’m now 12 weeks pregnant and still burning with my Rosie sisters. They even have prenatal moves for when I’m later in my pregnancy, which is super nice as this is my first pregnancy and I’m learning all the things.
I can’t wait to have something to start postpartum. Thank you for helping me save time and money, efficiently 💪🏼💦🔥
