You can open any project, and see visualisation of a build:
- Order of modules;
- Compile time of each module;
- Dependencies between modules;
- Places of low concurrency which can be parallelised to speed up whole build;
- Dive into module's build to understand what has influence on build's duration;
- Filter any kind of task to simplify graph.

I had high hopes
What a waste of money. Our large project simply says “Can’t read the project”. Is this a real product that works. I have no idea.

Unfortunately, every new Xcode version updates logging system that breaks Build Graph. I’m trying to update as fast as possible, but sometimes can lose a tempo.
The new update is on the way, but I need some time to finish. Right now you can try Test Flight version by this link https://testflight.apple.com/join/yGttN75x
