Was working but now not at all
This app was working great and I loved seeing updates about my sons day at pre-school. Ever since upgrading to the latest iPhone I see no content in the app. I am logged in and can navigate the app but no content shown.
Please help otherwise this app will be completely useless
I see my this app is rated so low
My kid just started school. Was so excited to be able to see updates throughout the day, or so I thought. Not sure how is app is developed and maintained, but issues and errors happen quite often. Recently, they had an issue for a whole day that apparently was “resolved” later (so I was told but highly doubt it) but the the data for the whole day was not recoverable nor did they seem to care how that impacted the parents.
Definitely not an app that reflects their value on parents and children. And that has a direct impact on the school, not a positive one for that matter!
Very buggy, hurting our daycare experience
This app honestly has us considering switching daycares. It’s very important to us to know what’s going on during the day especially considering our son has eating issues. We need to know how much he’s eating, and if it’s not logged correctly in the app, the teachers never know. I don’t blame the teachers because they can’t memorize every kid’s schedule. Whenever we ask about it they say the app wasn’t working. I also get logged out all the time and the autopay function sometimes doesn’t process.
