I upgraded to premium to see the meal plan options and I have none. Idk if it takes days to kick in but yeah I have none. If you select a food from the list you can’t even edit your own nutrition facts. I don’t see an option to add my own food with my own nutrition facts. Upgraded specifically for meal plans and it’s already a regrettable purchase 🤦🏾♀️
I’ve been struggling to gain weight for a really long time. Turns out I was doing it all wrong and picking weights that are too high. This one makes great suggestions and has actually helped me gain weight over the last 2 months.
Great app, easy to use and understand! The workouts are on point as well! I currently have 5 fitness apps on my phone, but the best shall remain as the others will be deleted! Highly recommended. One advise; add more super sets workouts in your future update.
