Bumpers uses auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription starts at $9.99 a month for up to 5 devices and 5 profiles.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless it is cancelled at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

I’ve been looking for this!

I don't know about you but I love that the internet offers such a huge array of resources for self learning. I want my children to be able to access these tools but oh how I despise the ads and huge wide open door to so much evil. If you feel the same and want to give your children freedom to explore but with the limitations that you approve, you are going to want to check out this app. I'm blown away!!! Browsing and YouTube with no ads on YOUR TERMS!!

Absolutely great!

This app has given my kiddo freedom to explore YouTube but with safety measures in place. I’m so happy with it; YouTube had been banned in our home prior to this.
