Outstanding transformation for Bupa app... very simple, easy and user friendly
Amazing features allows you to:
•Update your personal information.
•Identify your location and guides you to the nearby provider.
•(Pre-auth/claim) history and status.
•Virtual card to be shown if you lost or not having your membership Card.
•Check the coverage and service consumption.
Moreover, the app will allow you to use the fingerprint ID which is awesome so you don’t have to remember the password or to fill your information every single time you access

Frustrating Navigation Experience
When I first opened the Bupa app on the iPhone 14pro, I encountered a major issue with the placement of the back button. To my dismay, it was positioned exactly where the iPhone's back button is usually found. So, every time I tapped the back button, instead of taking me to the previous page within the Bupa app, it redirected me to a completely different application.
This navigation flaw is highly frustrating and significantly impacted my overall user experience. It led to a series of unintended app switches, causing unnecessary disruptions and wasting time.
I strongly urge the developers to address this problem ASAP.

Needs to update their network location and numbers
Unfortunately many some of the clinics and optical centers in the app are misplaced on the map or have wrong numbers. So whenever you try to open the app to find the nearest let’s say optician, you will be surprised that the located is actually many kilometers away and even the contact info they put are wrong ..
