Love this app. so much! The workouts are all different & so much fun! Rebecca really has something for everyone. My favorite is anything w/kickboxing. I also enjoy the Sunday workouts to just relax, stretch, & breath to prepare for the next week. I love that you can do it at home & also feel like your having a one on one session with Rebecca. She is so encouraging no matter what your fitness level is. I love that she has new workouts everyday & you are able to do them day by day or choose which workout you want to do. I have Rheumatoid arthritis & no matter the workout Rebecca gives you modifications & just encourages you to do what’s best for you to make it through the entire workout. Most of the time I’m able to workout at full strength but sometimes I am not & she makes me feel good about just moving on @ my pace & using or not using weights & just continues to encourage me to finish. For me the calendar is a huge motivator seeing the days marked as completed. The recipes are great to have & its also motivating earning burn points to spend in the burn shop. There is so much more to this app as well so I would encourage everyone to give it a try!
I’ve been using Rebecca’s app for over a moth now & can already see results in toning & losing inches. Also love that she reminds me that results are 80% nutrition & 20% fitness.

Best. App. Ever.
As a working mom and wife, I have struggled immensely to find a way to get to a gym and workout. I see other moms do it successfully and it made me feel worse about myself how I never found the time. A lot of gyms now have become more affordable, but for me I needed a daycare available for my kids to even consider it. Between my work, doctor appointments, kids activities, dinner time, baths, homework, etc., I’ve been left exhausted, stressed, and no time for me. Thankful to a co-worker who understood my struggle and recommended this app to me. I love Rebecca’s workouts, that they are challenging, there is something different everyday-I look forward to that, and most of all I can do it in the comfort of my own home. I’m not wasting time driving to a gym, unloading kids and getting them in their room, etc. Thank you Rebecca I love your app and workouts. You inspire me, I enjoy working out again, and it takes so little time I’m now able to fit it in our busy schedule. Moms get this app!

Great App, But Calendar is Glitchy
I love Rebecca and her app! She is such a motivating person, and I love following her workout videos. I’ve been using this app on my iPhone for over a year now. It’s user-friendly and has nice-looking graphics. It used to work just fine for me. However, I haven’t been able to use the calendar properly since October 2019. (It stopped working as soon as the calendar was updated for November.)
When I try to watch videos through the calendar, the videos won’t load. I can still access the videos on the library. But one of the best features on this app is being able to mark off the days that you’ve worked out—it’s so satisfying to be able to see your progress. Also, in the past, I’ve tried to download videos so they’re available offline; however, I have never been able to get that feature to work properly.
I’m going to keep using the app because I love working out with Rebecca, but please fix the calendar!!
