deposit by photo much better since last time I used it!
I am the treasurer of a very small neighborhood association, and we collect dues once a year, with most payments coming between February and April. As a result, I only use the mobile deposit app sporadically, and it’s been probably almost a year since I last used it, and wanted to let you know that it’s much smoother than I remember. What a difference a year makes!
I access this app on my iPhone in voice over mode and it does well. The only issue I have had it recently is that when trying to read what is on the page normally I will swipe left or right in voiceover mode. Usually a swipe left takes you back to the previous text and reads it and a swipe right takes you too the next text on the screen and reads it. However, a swipe left or right on the accounts page does not read the text on the screen. I have had to take my finger and run it down the screen to get to view and read information. I would be very appreciative if swiping would work as it did before
Used to work - now it doesn’t!
This app used to be very reliable. But within the last few months, it had become complete junk. When I log in, it takes forever to load and often times pops up an error message that no accounts are found. When I do get access to my accounts, internal transfers get stuck in a “processing mode” and I have to quit the app and log back in to see if the transfer took. Sometimes it goes, sometimes it doesn’t. Same issue with pulling up transaction history. You click the request and it takes a lifetime to load, or you receive an error message. 99% of my banking needs are done electronically and I’m seriously considering switching banks because of this unreliable app.
