Great support system

Usually I don’t write reviews and this is my first ever but it’s indeed required. Kudos to the platforms support cos as a new user I was having issues with my verification having deposited my crypto into the account and I couldn’t withdraw. After over 12hours and my verification still pending I contacted support and in less then 15mins everything was sorted. Great app, user friendly and over all great support system. Go Busha.

They are not nice when it comes to chatting

I gave this one star because I just made a deposit with a different name, but unfortunately, they won’t let the money appear in my Busha wallet. Don’t really know why, it’s been more than three hours now since I made the deposit. I tried to talk to the person who helped me with the account number to receive the money, but he won’t respond to me on time, even though after he has confirmed the payment. He won’t still send me my money in my Busha wallet. That’s so bad. Even the Busha agents are so annoying, they won’t respond to your message or claim until the time’s gone. That’s very bad of them! I think they should do something about this, most especially about my deposit, or I won’t stop giving bad reviews about this app. I must not lose my money ok. Thank you

The app is acting up

The app has started having issues of receiving bitcoin it takes more than normal time to receive bitcoin and it not sending notifications to gmail anymore
