Здравствуйте очень не хватает приложению сделать фиксированную ставку например и семь мне нужен самокат на полтора часа я выбираю время и мне должно приложение указать фиксированную сумму так будет очень лучше и стабильно а то с меня списывают ещё больше и больше всё я проглядел время и и и пополнение должно быть минимально хотя бы от 100 руб. а они как нет шестиста

Здравствуйте! Благодарим за отзыв! В случае если вас не устраивает сумма пополнения вы можете использовать оплату по карте, средств будут списаны согласно выбранному тарифу.
К сожалению, нельзя сделать фиксированное время катания ведь это противоречит понятию аренды на законодательном уровне.

Good day! All geofences allowed for skiing and parking, as well as speed limit geofences are regulated by the city administration in which our service is provided. When the battery is low, you have been sent a notification about the recommendation to end the trip in the nearest permitted geofence. Pointless support
The app does not work as intended tried multiple times to verify my phone number didnt work wasted my time on their support but nothing besides prewritten messages and repeating

Check if Wi-Fi and VPN were turned off when trying to log in. If you do not receive a call to confirm the number, you can request an SMS message with an authorization code.
