As a professional dog trainer that offers private sessions, board & train programs and boarding services I was looking for a single platform in which I could organize all of the necessary business operations. I have been on a free trial but I will continue using BusyPaws. The app is simple, relatively easy to navigate with a lot of nice customizable features. I am able to imbed forms onto my website which then appear on the app as “prospects”. I can organize forms, contracts, clients, pets and any information I need. Invoicing is simple and connecting via stripe make processing cards a breeze. Overall, this app has been great for helping me streamline my operations. There are glitches here and there and I come across idea for features I would like to see but their customer service has been great and seems to really value any input I’ve given.
