No audio on the demo video. No alert when the timer is done. No "go back" button if you accidentally skip a section
Good app for breathing retraining
Works well. Voice overs by Patrick McKeown are good and promote relaxed breathing. With two changes it would be a five star app. 1) saving results of breathing sessions is nice but one should also be able to delete them and not clutter the itouch with old data (you can delete the app and reinstall to get rid of old data but that is an inelegant solution) and 2) fix the app so that it overrides the autosleep function - at present to use the app you must first go to settings and see autosleep to "never" (this is on the latest itouch model). Still a good app but could be great.
Thought I would try this app. It is cheaper than one Doctor visit. Worked good. Takes little time to get the big picture how to use the app. A video showing how to use the app would be helpful.
