Butterfish Poke 4+

Have had hot and cold experiences with app. Most recently, when I logged on, there was a message at the top “that item is out of stock”. I hadn’t even ordered anything. And the message was there regardless of which location I logged to.
I called the store to make sure they were even open. Then deleted and reinstalled the app. Which erases all your previous history. This is the third time I’ve had to reinstall. Hope they get this sorted out or will have to rethink ordering at Butterfish if this continues.

Won’t let me log in to my account. It keeps asking me for my phone number and when I put it in, it glitches like nothing happened

The sad thing about this app was that it worked perfectly the first time I used it. No issues whatsoever with my card or creating an account. But now, whenever I try to log in, the account states that the password is incorrect. I try and reset it and the whole screen turns white and just... stays that way. I’ve waited up to 30 minutes and the app stays frozen. I have to close out of the app in order to fix the issue.

I’ve changed my password at least 10 times now, with the same result every time. I’ve tried to create a new account only for the app to tell me that the account linked to my email “still exists”. I’ve even deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing. It’s the same frozen white screen every time. There’s not even an option for me to purchase an order as a guest (which would 100% circumvent this issue).

Look, I get that apps are buggy. I understand this. But as we’re in the middle of a global pandemic which prevents people from ordering food in person, wouldn’t the practical thing to do be to fix the app so that people can still order from the restaurant (and so the employees that work there can still keep their jobs)? Food for thought.
