Gets the job done
I see so many hate comments on here this is a wonderful app, never had a problem with payment(card) or getting my token, and i get to see my history and make payment again nice! yes the token sent to the number take some time to come but that’s not always the case. And you can use the token on your app it works fast and easy, Great app but some improvement: save pdf file should be removed or fixed.
Saved cards not available
The app is very convenient in buying utility bills but I noticed since the beginning of this year, when checking out in the app, you won’t see your saved cards.
You are forced to re-enter your card information and even when you tick the save card box, it doesn’t save.
Kindly fix ASAP.
Impossible to get a Utility Receipt
The Print feature is super buggy and I can’t print my receipt with my Address displaying. It only prints one page and discards the remaining info, no matter the print format I select.
Payment works fine as long as you don’t minimize during a transaction.
