I’ve used this service throughout the last couple years and it’s been quick to use. The interface is great. Even the kiosks are easy to use. HOWEVER….the fees that are charged are insane. Example. Say someone buys XMR. $90 worth and have it sent to their wallet. Great! Easy to use there. However you will only get about $74 of that. $16 in fees is rediculous. This really needs to be fixed. I get there are fees to everything and I have no issue paying a fee but to pay THAT much on a little amount is rediculous. Everything else is great other than the horrendous fees charged.

I’m unable to sign up even after setting up an account and it ask for my ID front and back
I did that too.
To my greatest surprise all I could get till now is that my account has not been verified yet.
How long is the verification process

After filling in the personal details and click next. It said the phone verification system is not working, try again later. Throughout. Why!!!!
