Why don’t they fix it?
Like everyone else who has commented here, I have tried to enter my data several times to no avail. The app simply does not work. What is wrong with the store owners that they do not bother to fix this? It’s a good store with lots of fine products. Very frustrating.

I downloaded this app and tried to sign up and use my loyalty card but I get error message with no explanation.
Unbelievable
What’s the purpose of having a loyalty card if whenever I try to sign up it’s telling me error
