When you download the Café Zupas Catering app and create an account, you’ll automatically start earning CZ Dollars with each in-app catering order. Doesn’t process orders
Every order I’ve placed through the catering app gets cancelled. I get an order confirmation email, and then the morning of my event I get a “the system was unable to process your order” email. It does save your order, so you can call it in, but it doesn’t actually allow you to successfully order anything.
CAN’T PRINT RECIPTS FOR EXPENSE REPORTS
The app needs to be refined. It was difficult to find my order to see if it went through and I can’t print a receipt from the receipts page. At least if the receipt was on one page I could use a screenshot but I have to scroll down three pages to get to the bottom.
