Subscription Nature :
- The subscription will include the current issue if you do not already own it and subsequently-published future issues.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal . Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during your active subscription period.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app!!
This is the worst app and NO customer service!!! I have emailed customer service numerous times, I receive an email with a ticket number that says customer support will response, but they never do!! The website will not let me change the password for the app. I am so frustrated with the whole thing. I am ready to cancel my subscription and delete the app!! I have been a continuous subscriber for years and now cannot access my subscription on my iPad!
Great app and tutorial
I have tried a lot of apps but this is so far the best. Easy to use, highly informative, and beautiful graphics. :)
Terrible
The app on the phones and the desk version are terrible, not user-friendly whatsoever. I keep buying the same subscription and can’t access it. I’ve tried it on my computer and my phone. I’ve contacted Customer Service five times without any response as to get any kind of help. I know this is a good magazine because the top cake decorators use it however, I cannot figure this out you have to pay for literally every issue!
