Very poor updates on fire info

The fire map is regularly missing active fires and takes quite a while to update. Having lost one house already I like to know where fires are in relation to me. In the current world of computerized dispatching, there’s really no excuse. It would be nice to have a link to cad logs to dispatched calls from the comm center like the chp has done for years. Calfire should make this a priority for public safety, or social media groups will continue to control their narrative with inaccurate information as is the current practice.

Needs Date/Time Info

On "Fire Map" and "Fire News" tabs:
There is nothing that says WHEN the fire information was posted.
I see 6 fire alerts in SoCal, but how old is this news? 50 acres and 60% contained? It's said that for 2 days.
If there was a time + date for each incident, we'd at least have a better idea of the current situation.

Failing at the Beginning of Fire Season

The app is not being updated with current fire data. The list of fires is blank while the map shows two active fires that are inactive.

I guess even if they fix this I wouldn’t depend on it for my life.

Also when it was working, the 10ac limit on reporting means that when it’s nearby, my alert is CDF circling my area.

As of July 27, 2019 this app is dead. The list of fires shows a map instead. The map shows last years fires - but just a couple of them.

This app should be removed from the App Store and all devices. It is dangerous to provide bad or just plain outdated information to people who rely on fire information for their lives. I live in California’s #1 most dangerous fire area - per CalFire. I could be in another Paradise and CalFire and it’s developer of this app are putting us in a position of not getting fire news.
