Works well; odd icon
With the exception of the icon, this app looks as though it was made by Google. (Honestly, I don't understand why Google didn't just make one?) It integrates seamlessly with Google calendar and looks the same as well.
The only oddity is the icon. The icon would be fine if it weren't situated inside a large white box. It stands out oddly in the Mac dock, much larger than every other icon. Also, it's static - always showing "SUN 31" - which is a little disappointing. It'd be nice if it showed the current date.
I'm really hoping they fix the icon design so it better aligns with every other app.

Calendar for Google Calendar has been a total game-changer for managing my schedule on my Mac. The seamless integration with Google Calendar is flawless and it's clear that a lot of thought has been put into its intuitive design.
The powerful features like effortless event creation and contextual event creation are standout aspects of the app. They have truly simplified the process of scheduling, making it more efficient and less time-consuming.
The at-a-glance schedule viewing is another feature that I find extremely useful, it allows me to quickly check my schedule without having to navigate through multiple pages or menus.
I must also commend the ability to add and view events in a variety of ways without having to go through Google's main interface.
This has made the app not only user-friendly but also highly versatile. I would recommend Calendar for Google Calendar to any Google Calendar user, it's not just an app, it's an essential tool for managing your schedule.

Needed another calendar.
As iOS continually upgrade, they change formats as Costco continually changes placement of merchandise in different areas. The newer version gives sequential dates instead of scrolling through a monthly calendar to get one's bearings. Google is keeping it simple. There's just more keystrokes to Google.
