Calibrate is the only weight loss program with published results demonstrating 15% average weight loss, sustained for two years: doctor-prescribed GLP-1s, 1:1 video coaching, daily tracking, and a science-backed curriculum.

The Calibrate app is for members only. Visit to check eligibility and sign up.

“Launched in 2020, Calibrate began offering GLP-1 drugs before they were popular. It offers biweekly health-coaching sessions it says help users improve eating, exercise, and sleep habits.” ––Wall Street Journal

Calibrate was created in partnership with leading minds in obesity treatment and metabolic health. Our comprehensive treatment plan is changing the way the world treats weight and driving lasting results for thousands of members:
- 15% average weight loss, sustained for two years
- 6” average reduction in waist circumference
- 98% of members improve their metabolic markers
- 9/10 members say Calibrate is the most effective program they’ve tried

The Calibrate app is your key to unlocking every part of your Metabolic Reset:

Complete a comprehensive health intake, order labs, attend a 30-minute video doctor visit, and get GLP-1 medication prescription updates—from the palm of your hand.

Together with your Accountability Coach, you’ll learn to make gradual lifestyle changes that will help reset your metabolic system and support lasting weight loss.

What you track becomes the data your Medical Team uses to adjust your medication and it’s what you and your coach use to refine and personalize your goals.

Our proprietary curriculum is designed to help you establish new, sustainable habits across food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health—the Four Pillars of Metabolic Health, which are foundational to changing your physiology and achieving lasting weight loss.

Log into the app to:

- Track weight, energy level, red foods, steps, and sleep with streamlined daily trackers.
- Automate daily weight tracking with your Withings smart scale, and sync weight, sleep, and steps tracking to your device from Apple Health
- Understand your progress over time and celebrate your wins throughout your Reset.
- Get ongoing accountability from your dedicated coach and care from the Medical Team based on your tracked metrics.

- Read or listen to lessons, access coach-curated content, and work with your coach to make gradual, meaningful lifestyle changes.
- Access exclusive recipes, guides, videos, and more, to support your learning.
- View your curriculum progress, revisit previous lessons, and preview when your next lessons will be released—so you can plan ahead and stay on track.

- View and manage Appointments with your Calibrate Team of doctors, nurses, and your dedicated coach.
- Prepare for upcoming appointments with provider bios, requirement details, and tips for what to expect.
- Send a message to your Support Team, view Support Message progress, easily reference conversation history, or search FAQs to quickly find answers, all in one place in the Support Center.

Despite what other weight loss programs say, you won’t find long-term results in a magic pill. Even GLP-1s (like semaglutide and liraglutide) are designed to work on your underlying metabolic pathways to support sustained weight loss—not achieve it outright. Medical experts agree, the combination of GLP-1 medication and lifestyle changes is the most effective approach to lasting weight loss.

Disconnect between Health Information Tech and Medical Care?

I am hopeful that this app does NOT represent the information that the Calibrate clinicians review to provide medical support for this program. Here is why I say this - the app no longer includes Lab results - there is a place for lab results, but they are missing. The app does not include all the trended data from the scale - in my case, it includes only the last month of data. All other indicators such as waist measurements are gone from the app. Supposedly, Medical Check-ins come through the app. Have only received one message in 6 months. And that was just a few days before Calibrate stopped my Ozempic prescription - cold turkey. Learned they were stopping the prescriptions from PillPack. Medical team from Calibrate sends a msg through the app saying congrats, your BMI is just below 25, that’s why you no longer need to take Ozempic - a “cold turkey stop”. What about all the other indicators such as labs - glucose, A1C, waist msmts, etc. etc……am afraid that data may have disappeared from the clinicians view - it has disappeared from my view. Health information technology is really important to clinical care…without clinical data, and in the absence of physically seeing a patient, how do the clinicians actually be effective? Data is important…isn’t it? I hope your clinicians have access to all my data, as I don’t have access to it in this app anymore…..

New App, same issues? New issues too…

Update: Seems like the only thing fixed so far is that I no longer get hit with the welcome screen every time I open the app. :(

The new app is more responsive and has better navigation, but I’m still unable to automatically sync, daily goals have no titles or context, and new issues have been introduced. It keeps asking me to update the medical teams on when I started a medication and the alert won’t go away after I answer. Curriculum loads a blank screen. Either it’s broken or they forgot to design a blank state. At first I thought the new graph feature was broken because the screen doesn’t refresh when you select 3 months vs 1 week, but the problem is the display… they expect you to know to scroll horizontally to see the whole thing which defeats the purpose of showing different timelines. (Hard to see trends when you have to scroll forever) When you’re entering daily information, the title is very small/light and it’s not obvious whether you’re on steps or weight. This is even more confusing when you realize it automatically jumps to the next daily input because it looks like you hit save and nothing happened. The new app is a good start, but it really needs user testing and a better heuristic evaluation. Compounding this with lack of transparency on my medical plan, I would not recommend this experience to anyone else right now.

New and improved app

Update July 5th— New app still HORRIBLE!!! Even with multiple updates and “bug” fixes the Sync still not working; my new classes assigned by my coach still locked. It is such a let down and like others have said the amount of money being paid out to have such a horrible app to track progress and get your informational classes on. Come on!!!! You should be able to do better these are very minor things and you all have screwed them all up even worse!!!!

This “new and improved app” is terrible!! There are only two things I like about it and that is: -the emoji for the energy levels -being able to reschedule and cancel appointments easier. The worst things about this app: -on the tracking summary pages the dates are not in consecutive order with today’s date at the top. Makes it very hard to look at the past tracking summary. -can not enter your complete weight I.e. pounds and ounces. You have to use whole numbers where as the old app allowed for ounces tracking. -the start up screen and notification screen do not dismiss when you dismiss them. They show up every time you open the app. -my old messages keep showing up now and they are from very beginning and keep showing up. Keeps duplicating the old messages. I was hoping for better and got worse!!! You didn’t research and test this app very well in my opinion!!
