Caliva has been my go to because of their costumer service and prices. This holiday when I saw they had an app and offering points for downloading it I thought I’d kill two birds with one stone. The app in itself is convenient but there are a couple things that leave me confused. Firstly there are no points being reflected after purchases, and secondly when I go into detail on my order History although NEVER being overcharged the total for the purchase is greatly inflated. To put into perspective buying $50 in product but it reflecting a $3500 total. So yeah that’s honestly my only issue this far and hopefully just a bug.
Would be a 5 star app
But the biggest and only downside is how often it crashes/freezes while I’m shopping around. Have to constantly close and reopen the app. Otherwise it’s great
Caliva over everything
Use Caliva for sure. They are so kind, responsive, helpful, and have the cutest delivery bags. My delivery person was super cool and patient when i had forgotten to put my apt number in. I had a question about cartridges and had some user error on the app and a representative actually called me to help me out! Talk about above and beyond. Love this place and love these people! 10/10
