It’s not helping with the numbers all are unknown. When I signed up it says it will reveal but it doesn’t

Hello, our app helps you to identify and block spam calls. However it doesn't help to reveal hidden caller IDs. If you have any inquiries, you may contact us at support@madduck.co.

This app seems to be doing well so far. So far I am very pleased with it, I can block calls without any problems.
Very disappointed
Have iPhone 13 max pro. Changed from Samsung s20 with hyia which was working perfectly. Have had this app a week and it has not blocked even one spam call plus it is not reading or noting ANY calls received. Very disappointing and I will be deleting and finding another.
