No trial, too expensive

$9.99 per WEEK 😲 and no trial to see if it works or not. Can’t even get past the subscription page. Why would I pay $9.99 per week when others are $9.99 per month or less? You’ve gotta be at least a little competitive with the marketplace.

Recording starts at end of the conversation.

When I go to play the recording it starts at the end of the conversation. So the whole conversation is disjointed. Is there a way to fix this?
