Pretty good, but one major hang up

The app is very helpful with doing check ins and offering a variety of programs. My biggest issue is that it requires you to log in every time. If I'm having an anxiety attack, it's much harder to let logged in thanks to little buttons on a touchscreen.

Similar to a mind body medicine class

Although I was not fond about having a required account, this app is a good one.
It has several meditations of different types and length of times required to complete.This provides flexibility to suit one's daily schedules.
The 5 minute self massage relief could use some work or be given to work on the necklace and facial areas or feet alone. It should also be stated as what to do with left and right foot individually. It does however give specific action to do in self massage.
Overall, I was impressed with the depth of the app in cognitive behavior wellness and would recommend this app to anyone, especially one who may suffer from depression, anxiety disorders or chronic pain.

It's a life saver

This app has helped me a ton. Recently, I lost a pair of sports glasses. My mom is really mad. I downloaded this app to help. This is the most calm I've been in a long time.
