CLOUD EXERCISES:
Practice early-stage mental health exercises.

-Bird Breathing: An introduction to breathing exercises.
Paced Breathing: Learn to control and slow the pace of breath by following the bird’s wings up and down as you breathe in and out.
Diaphragm Breathing: Learn to breathe fuller and deeper breaths by expanding the belly (diaphragm) like a beach ball.
Nasal Inhale/Oral Exhale: Learn to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
-Monkey Moods: An introduction to emotional intelligence.

Children are given two different style prompts to share their feelings. The first, a present and reflective prompt on how they currently feel. The second, to learn about different emotions and associate times when they have felt them.
Emotion Learning Photobooth: Visually practice emotions with fun animal masks and face prompts.

-Sloth Stretches: An introduction to stretching & spatial awareness.

Children view simple short visual clip demonstrations of a sloth stretching.
Our stretches act as an easy and fun introduction to the mind-body connection and exploring how one moves/takes up space.
-Reptile Relaxation: An introduction to relaxation & meditation.
Sleepy Snake Snooze: Uses tension-relaxation techniques to encourage restful sleep/naps.
The Grateful Gecko: Encourages relaxation through guided thoughts of gratitude.
Frog’s Favorite Things: Uses positive memory recall techniques to relax and calm.
MY FIRST JOURNAL:
A pre-literacy age solution to early-stage journaling with our journaling canvas. Suggested to be used for learning early-stage introspection and as an alternative to ‘time out.’

Children are encouraged to submit daily journal entries in 'My First Journal.' This is a safe, calm space for kids to freely communicate how they feel.

EARLY JOURNALING EASY AS 1-2-3!
1. Drawing
2. Audio Recording
3. Selection of Emotion (e.g., happy, sad, etc.).

-Selection of Journal Prompts:
"Today I feel..."
"I am grateful for..."
"I got upset because..."
"I like myself because..."
"My dream is to..."
"I showed kindness when..."

INSIGHT & ANALYTICS:
The analytic insights provided by Mindiful™ are a great tool to see how a child may be feeling, even if those feelings have not been directly expressed.

Our 'Parent Portal' analytics are accessible from the 'Home' screen and highlight key points of information to help monitor and improve aspects of a child's mental health. Reports show exercise usage/areas to focus on or that may be overlooked. Our calendar and mood trend logs make it easy to see over time what is the most common mood and patterns in mood trends.

Available Reports:
-Overview
-Moods
-Exercise Usage
-Journal

The Reports/Journals are available for download.

KEY BOOK: Earn & collect the keys to positivity! A simple incentivization model to encourage kids to keep up their progress by practicing exercises. We encourage the attachment of 'real-life' impactful goals to unlocking our 'Keys to Positivity."

Amazing therapeutic aid for kids!

I didn’t have high expectations for this app only because my kids are so frenetic, but a friend recommended it so I tried. This app has been the only thing that has been able to calm my kids down and focus them for long periods of time. The phone is nearly impossible to take away from them at this point, so it’s very convenient to just open this app and watch them become engaged immediately. More importantly I can get some peace and quiet as they learn about breathing, reflection, and building calmness into their digitally connected 24/7 lives.

Not just for moms!

Calm Kingdom is exactly what I’ve been looking for to use in the growth and development of the kids I nanny for. Being a nanny is a big task and finding interesting, fun ways to help kids become more aware of their state of mind and overall mental and physical health can be difficult. Calm Kingdom helps me help them. It’s fun, educational and really aids in the progress of their growth.

A great app to teach breathing exercises for littles

I’ve been looking for a way to help teach my 2 year old how to deep breathe, and I think I’ve found the easiest way! Deep breathing is known to help reduce stress and it’s one of the best ways for everyone to calm themselves. My little guy loves the reptile relaxation the best. He cuddles up to me when told to get into a comfy position 🥰😍 It’s soothing for us both.
