Calm My Dog helps you track gradual desensitization training, a proven behavior therapy technique, to slowly and gently introduce your dog to separation scenarios. This process helps them develop positive reactions and reduce anxiety over time.

You'll start by determining your dog's baseline — just how long they can handle being alone without distress. We know this might be zero seconds right now — we've been there!
Next, you'll begin the step-by-step training by following easy-to-understand instructions customized to your dog's progress. The app's intelligent algorithm generates individualized timing blocks based on previous training sessions and your dog's baseline.
Monitor your dog's progress with the app's History tab. Never miss a session and witness the positive changes as your dog becomes more comfortable with being alone.

Usability improvements:
- If you get so wrapped up in telling them what a good dog they are that you forget to stop the timer, you can now choose whether to log the actual (possibly really long) time or the shorter goal time when saving the session.
- We fixed the new custom session goal time picker wheels so, with seconds and minutes, you can now choose up to 59 rather than 23, whoops!

Exactly what we were looking for!!
We’ve gone from under 1 min of our dog home alone to over 10 min at this point. This app makes it easy to track our departure training and log our work. We especially love the little awards in the app since it shows how far we’ve come. The only issue we’ve noticed so far is you can’t edit info after you complete a session. We forgot to rate a training session recently and it’d be nice to go back and fill that in. Thank you so much!!!
Amazing app!
This is such a great and simple app! It really helps structure our training and keep us motivated.
A feature I’m missing is a way to share the progress with my wife, so we can train independently, but still climb the progress tree together 😊
Could either be an account option or apple family. Synchronisation token. Something 😅
