I downloaded the new Calm Sleep app thinking it would just give me a nice story to fall asleep to — but it’s so much more than that. This app has actually helped me understand my own sleep behaviors and what affects the quality of my rest.I love the mix of sleep stories, soundscapes, and breathing exercises, but the real game-changer has been the way Calm Sleep encourages me to reflect on my habits and build a better bedtime routine. It feels like a full sleep companion, not just an audio player.Since using it, I fall asleep faster, wake up feeling more refreshed, and feel calmer overall. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a deeper, more thoughtful approach to better sleep.

Been a fan of calm and especially their sleep stories for a while now but WOW I love how I not only get some of my favorite sleep stories here but I get tracking and a whole daily catered plan to help me sleep better. I’ve tried a few sleeping apps and most focus on prep for night starting in the evening, but I really enjoy how the app focuses on a holistic approach aiming to reduce stress in the morning while giving you the tools to wind down in the evening.

I love Calm and am a lifetime subscriber. So I was naturally drawn to try the new sleep app, and, regrettably, I am disappointed. The app feels clunky and restrictive, and doesn’t seem to reflect reality, despite the pretty analytics animation. I wonder if the creators had considered/would be open to including more features to allow users to mark off and personalize daily suggestions: -ability to dismiss a suggestion if doesn’t seem relevant and choose a different one from a short list of 3-5, -ability to mark off items later in the day (“morning” prompts are no longer available at 9:00am),-ability to dismiss suggestions for one day or forever,-ability to connect to the main Calm app and take into account the sessions completed there on the same day (don’t suggest a 12 min sound healing if I just did 25 min in the other app, etc.)

I often have a hard time clearing my thoughts at night and it makes it hard for me to fall asleep. I’ve wanted to avoid taking any drugs for my insomnia so I’ve tested a few sleep apps. Of the few I’ve tried this one has by far the best stuff to listen to that helps distract my thoughts and let me fall asleep. I love the bedtime story from Matthew McConaughey and the relaxing piano music. Thanks Calm for helping me wake up feeling a little bit better.
