There are several different breathing techniques and exercises that are designed to bring your body to a deep relaxation state. Holding your breath for a period of time allows your body to better oxygenate. One of the simplest techniques is the 4-7-8 method which is simply inhaling for 4 seconds, holding your breath for 7 seconds and exhaling for 8 seconds.
This release fixes a terrible bug that was blocking the 80s theme from working with the dark theme. Wait what? 80s + darkness not working together, that's unacceptable. Well, it's fixed now!

Perfect app to slow down and take a breath
This is such an excellent app for taking a break and focusing on your breathing. Great way to slow down and relax. It is so hard for me to sit down and do breathing exercises on my own, so having an app I like to help is perfect.
