A true gift

I’ve been on my healing journey for three years now. I recently was taken off my antidepressants and I’ve been trying to implement healthy things into my life. I wanted something I could use everyday to help me continue to heal and grow. I found this app and tried it out without paying the annual fee at first. The breathing exercise tool is fantastic, along with the full body rebalancing tool! These two tools alone are worth downloading the app for. They guide you through in a comprehensive and gentle flow. Each time I use either of the tools I feel much better. I decided to commit to purchasing the app to unlock the courses and it was the best thing I’ve spent money on in a very long time. I’ve been consistent with using the course for 27 days now and I am a better, more aware person now because of it. My life is changed now since doing the breathing exercises. I can’t say enough posits I’ve things about this app!! It’s worth the investment if you are even curious.

Best “anxiety solution” app I’ve found

I was quite surprised to find out what a great resource this is. It is the first anxiety app that I have found truly helpful. The basic course really helps you learn what drives your own anxiety, how to be with it, and develop skills to overcome it. And it reinforces what you learn along the way with exercises and daily practices. I wish more of the lesson were audio, but the written lessons are accessible and well based in the current research. It also has many video tools, like breathing and yoga exercises for focus and emotional balance. Hopefully they will add to this library, including some very gentle chair yoga for the less fit or the desk chair worker and a trauma specific course that incorporates mindfulness and movement. It is well worth the price as is (unlike many others).

Keeps resetting back to day 1

Update: The company contacted me personally to troubleshoot why this was happening. They refunded my full purchase and truly took the time to figure out the glitches so they can make it right. I am impressed! I have continued to use the app and have not had any problems since.

I love the intention of this app however, it has lost all of my input twice so far. I was 15 days in and now I have to start over again. It put me back at day one. Last time I was about 7 days in and then had to start over. It’s very frustrating bc I paid for the full app. I’m so disappointed bc I really liked the progress I was seeing!
