Bad Experience

Hello, im contacting you guys
because I'm concerned about my transfer transaction I did on September 23rd, my people are saying the money is not there they went to pick it up at the bank and they got told the no money has not arrived can I please know what’s going with my transfer transaction???? I’m worried about my transfer because it’s a big amount I sent so please tell me you at least seeing this very disappointed..

Unable to make transfer

App stuck on the part when you have to pay. It's been like that since last year. Uninstalling the app didn't fix the issue.

Honestly I can’t do anything. I never had the possibility to send any money. The app always processing but nothing’s worked
