App failure
I’ve just installed this app and I’ve already faced few issues. Firstly, there is no possibility to add a credit card. After filling in the page with name and address, pressing on ‘add card’ doesn’t do anything. Secondly, on the map, there is no option to chose the start point, only the location where gps has located you.
These are all working perfectly in Car:Go’s app.
You should do some catch up with your competitors.
Terms and conditions
I almost never read terms and conditions, but here on registration I had to accept the terms before continuing to login. And when I clicked to read them there was no details about what terms I’m going to accept. For sure I wont accept a blank page. So unfortunately I had to uninstall the app.
