After one day of using this app (on my free trial) I have been fairly satisfied, and honestly I would’ve given this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that I can’t seem to be able to access the videos stored on the cloud. I can see the thumbnails so I know they’re there, but for some reason I can’t get them to play. Is it because I’m using the free trial and not the full version of the app? Being able to watch footage caught by the motion sensor while I’m away is kind of the whole point of a security camera. I’d love to get a year subscription, but if I’m not able to do this before my trial ends I will be looking elsewhere.

This app has many bugs, you have to constantly force close the app so that it loads, you have to zoom out every time you open the app the cameras take the whole screen, you cannot choose a camera individually when you have multiple, there’s no account option so you can log in from other devices, feels like they duplicated the app from another developer and don’t know how to fix it not worth paying for it……

This is the best app and very helpful but..Whenever I record a video for a few minutes and I stop and go to see the video I recorded it’s not there I don’t know why I can’t save videos but I still love the app but i hope this gets fixed or some glitch

I have a 6 month old golden retriever puppy and when she’s alone at night she finds stuff all over the house to chew up (shoes, bottles, clothes, charging cords, and many more) and this app has helped me watch her very well!!! little tip: if you need a closer look at what’s going on, use two fingers to zoom in/out.

Ever since I updated, the app will crash on the viewer’s side. The red loading circle will spin a little bit and then freeze. Then the app crashes. I’ve deleted my account from both sides, reinstalled the apps, and restarted both devices but it still happens. Will cancel my subscription until this is fixed.
Hello, I suppose you have a developer beta? Because on the release version of iOS 14, there are no such problems.
Let's get this straight, I'm a systems support analyst, which makes me a whiz at hardware and software and this application will NOT pair to my Note 8 at all. Says permission sent but nothing st all happens on either phone. Both sit uselessly at the QR screen. My 11 Pro Max won't get passed the QR screen no matter what, can't even get to a useful screen! It's absolutely frustrating to say the least! Now I have to leave a poor review here AND on Google Play. Subscription canceled ASAP.
Hi. Choose the role of "Viewer" on your Pro Max, and on Note 8 choose the role of "Camera". The camera will display a QR code that needs to be scanned by the Viewer. It's pretty simple.
