I was shocked (but even more embarrassed) when I couldn’t even supply Cancel Subscription with the logins or passwords to these zombie accounts. One of them in particular - a streaming app that is not mainstream at all (I’d never ever heard of it, let alone been cognizant that I was essentially giving them a $48/month charity. ) When trying to login to the steaming service on a PC, it let me in just by entering my email address. When I clicked on my profile, next tot Pasword it read in bold letters “NOT CREATED”. However. when trying to login on a mobile device, you had to input a password to gain access… I’m short, these patient people trouble-shot the whole thing for me. It was painless!
